DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

Muse by Mozaabi is a UAE based company. 

  • Shipping within the UAE:
    • Shipping takes 5-7 working days for available items by a third-party courier company.
    • Shipping takes 10-12 working days for abayas by a third-party courier company.
    • Shipping takes 10-15 working days for customized items by a third-party courier company.
    • In sales periods shipping might extend by seven more days.
    • Shipping charges is covered by the customer with a flat shipping rate of AED 30-50 on domestic orders.
    • Confirmation email will be sent to client once the order is out for delivery, & delivery will be within 2 working days. in case of no contact from courier company it’s the client responsibility to follow up by email or Instagram.

  • Shipping International:
    • Shipping takes 10-21 working days by a third-party courier company.
    • Shipping charges is covered by the customer and delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

REFUND POLICY

No Refund or exchange is possible

in case of any mistake in the order from our side, item will be replaced within 7-10 working days, subject to informing us within 7 days from the delivery date

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer cannot cancel or change their order once order is placed.

ORDERING POLICY

All garments are provided with size chart, so please read carefully! customers can only change the length for abayas.  If you require specific sizes, kindly include them in the notes.

For any mistakes in the delivered items, kindly contact us within same day of delivery, share a video of the items to show the mistake. Then, a collection will be scheduled for pickup item for replacement. No return.

Alteration or exchange are not possible post-delivery in case the customer chose a wrong size and wants to change the size. Therefore, kindly ensure you choose the correct size before ordering, otherwise choose the custom option.
